Cancellations & Substitutions

If you need to cancel your conference registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a £150.00 service charge until Monday, 4 September 2006. Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date, who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date, are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, no refunds are available for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Payment Policies

Full payment of conference registration fees must be submitted with your registration in order to have a valid registration. Registrations submitted without a form of payment will be returned as unprocessed. For alternate registration methods, please fax your registration form or invoice with credit card information, to +1-415-947-6020, or mail with cheque payment to:

Payment can be made by cheque, money order, traveler's cheque, VISA, MasterCard or American Express. No other credit cards will be accepted. If you believe that a payment error has been made or discount was not applied to your registration order, please fax your request, with supporting documents, to +1-415-947-6020 and indicate, in detail, the payment related issue.

Reclaiming VAT

Non-UK businesses may be able to reclaim VAT charged. Guidance can be found in Customs & Excise Notice 723 which can be accessed via HM Revenue & Customs website at www.hmrc.gov.uk. EU businesses should use form VAT 65 and non-EU businesses use form VAT 65A.

Program Changes and Disclaimers

The CMP Game Media Group, content programmers of the London Games Summit, reserves the right to make changes in the programs and speakers, or to cancel sessions if enrollment criteria are not met, or when conditions beyond its control prevail. All sessions are filled on a first-come, first-seated basis. Arrive early to ensure a seat! Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited. Due to safety concerns, no one under the age of 18 (including infants in strollers) will be permitted on the premise at any time during the London Games Summit.

CMP Technology reserves the right to use any photographs taken at the London Games Summit for promotional purposes.
